Terms & Conditions – Precast Products

We want your experience ordering from us to be straightforward and clear. Here are the key terms that apply when you buy precast items (troughs, loading ramps, stone traps, etc.) from our online shop.

  1. Product Info
    Sizes, weights, and product descriptions are given as accurately as possible.
    Precast concrete is a natural product, so small variations in colour, finish, or weight can happen.
    We may update designs from time to time to improve strength or function.
  2. Prices & Payment
    All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
    Prices may change without notice, but once you’ve paid, your order is locked at that price.
    Payment must be made in full before delivery or collection.
  3. Ordering & Availability
    Orders are subject to stock on hand.
    If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer a back-order or refund.
    Custom orders will be quoted separately and may take longer to produce.
  4. Delivery & Pick-Up
    We deliver nationwide. Freight charges depend on weight, distance, and site access.
    Please make sure delivery sites are safe and accessible for trucks — extra charges may apply if delivery can’t be completed.
    You’re welcome to collect from our yard. Collection should be within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
  5. Risk & Ownership
    Ownership passes to you once payment is received in full.
    Risk (including loss or damage) passes to you once the product is delivered or collected.
  6. Installation & Use
    Our products must be installed and used as intended.
    We’re not responsible for any damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications.
    It’s up to you to check any local council or site rules.
  7. Returns & Issues
    We will not accept returns if you change your mind after the product has been paid for or loaded
    If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours (with photos if possible). We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
  8. Liability
    We stand by the quality of our products, but our responsibility only covers the value of the item supplied.
    We’re not liable for indirect losses such as downtime, lost income, or damage caused by misuse.
  9. Events Beyond Our Control
    Sometimes things happen that are out of anyone’s hands — like extreme weather, natural disasters, transport delays, or supplier issues. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated, but we can’t be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by those events.
