24 × 12m
Steel Shed
A fully engineered, hot-dip galvanised portal frame building designed for New Zealand conditions. Available as a kitset or fully constructed.

Renders are indicative only. Personnel door and windows are included in the kitset but are not shown — placement is to client preference.
Built for New Zealand
300×100×10 RHS main portals in SY355/Q355 grade steel — engineered for strength with 6m bay spacing across a 24m span.
Designed to 61.5 m/s wind speed and 2.5 kPa snow load — covering most New Zealand locations. Site-specific review available.
All structural steelwork is H/D galvanised after fabrication for corrosion protection suited to coastal and rural NZ environments.
Three 4×3.8m roller doors for machinery and vehicles, plus a personnel door and two windows — all included as standard. Thanks to the shed's modular bay design, openings can be positioned to suit your site and workflow.
0.55 Trimline roof and 0.4 Trimline wall cladding with heavy-duty Covertek 407 roof underlay for weathertight, low-maintenance performance.
Complete engineering drawings and structural calculations supplied. Building Consent ready with a full set of fabrication shop drawings.

Design Limitations: This standard design is suitable for most New Zealand locations where the site-specific wind speed is less than 61.5 m/s, snow load does not exceed 2.5 kPa, and seismic hazard factor (Z) is ≤ 0.6. The finished floor level shall not exceed 100 mm above surrounding ground. Foundation and floor slab design is not included and requires specific engineering. Building Consent is required and is the client's responsibility. Prices exclude GST.
